We’re excited you’re interested in our team!

At BTY, we look for people who are ambitious, entrepreneurial and who strive for excellence.

If you are passionate about developing your knowledge and skills as an assigned certifier and independent tester and have the desire to learn about building control legislation and building regulations, let’s discuss how we can help you discover your full potential.

The junior building surveyor will work with all members of the independent tester and assigned certifier (IT/AC) team to ensure deliverables are provided to clients on time and in an efficient and effective manner.

Working with the IT/AC team, the individual will develop a positive compliance culture on the projects. Our core focus is that our work creates meaningful value for our clients, business, shareholders, and communities around the world.

The role is proposed to be focussed on the Assigned Certifier and Independent Tester service line, however, it should be recognised that the BTY Dublin team is a relatively small and dynamic team. The candidate will therefor also be expected to work and gain knowledge across our service lines including technical due diligence, infrastructure and real estate advisory and project monitoring.

We believe you should work somewhere you truly enjoy, with strong team camaraderie, a fun atmosphere, and endless opportunities to deliver exciting projects that make a difference in your community.

We’ve discovered, these are best supported by our commitment to your everyday well-being through our hybrid work arrangement, professional development program, competitive compensation packages inclusive of bonuses, regular appraisals, and pension contributions, organizing team-building activities, and much more.
